How are my items shipped?
We ship UPS daily on orders placed before 3:00 pm eastern time.
 
Are supplements necessary?
No.  In a perfect world, we all would eat five or more servings of fruit and vegetables every day and get all of our nutrients from our diet.  However, in our fast paced society and dietary habits, many of us find supplements useful.  Additionally, some of the long term benefits of some products, such as Resveratrol, may prove significant.
 
What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us for a return authorization, and we will refund your product price upon receipt of your product.
